No year is ever the same in gardening and this year was Spectacular for my Sweet Annie!!! It completely took over my entire "herb garden" that I created from the old barn foundation. It's amazing how a tiny seed can turn into a sweet annie TREE!
Sweet Annie (Artemisia annua) is the most beloved Primitive Herb! It's earthy, herbal, sweet fragrance is almost intoxicating. I am so obsessed with this plant that wherever it decides to grow (driveway, walkway, garage floor....) I can't bring myself to pull it out of the ground. This drives my husband crazy! haha
Over 100 bunches this year have been hung in the barn to air dry.
